• genderqueer – denoting or relating to a person who does not subscribe to conventional gender distinctions but identifies with neither, both, or a combination of male and female genders.
• activist – is a person who campaigns for some kind of social change.
• vemödalen – n. the frustration of photographing something amazing when thousands of identical photos already exist

Kaylee Weyrauch embodies the three ideals above. They work to create art that will push the boundaries of the socially constructed ideas of gender, race, class and culture by trying to find new photographic techniques and aesthetics that have not been done before. This will be a hard feat considering most things have already been done but Weyrauch believes their unique style and input can add a personal layer to an idea that is age old.
