Kaylee Weyrauch is originally from Phoenix, Arizona, and moved to Corvallis, Oregon, to attend Oregon State University and receive their B.F.A. for Visual Arts, Photography with a minor in Art History. Weyrauch focused their art on gender studies and photographic validity as their own identity began to change and flourish throughout their college career.

With a handful of exhibitions and publications, Kaylee Weyrauch is an up and coming artist. They focus on gender specific issues within childhood development through children’s toys as well as the language used to communicate gender to children. Weyrauch’s works have been the reason they were chosen as the recipient of the Plinkiewisch Art Scholarship for three consecutive years at Oregon State University. They have participated in exhibitions at the Amos Eno Gallery in NY, Blackfish Gallery in Portland, Fairbanks Gallery and The Arts Center in Corvallis as well as published in Prism Art and Literature Magazine.

Kaylee Weyrauch is an activist for the LGBTQ community, using their artwork as a voice in the discussion and change for LGBTQ and social issues. They work to effect change within their personal, professional and artistic life.
